Your referral bonus will automatically be added to your wallet when your friend makes their first purchase. Please ensure that your friend uses the right referral code at signup.
Using the refresh icon in the top right hand corner, you can manually refresh the wallet. If there has been a change, the wallet will update.
For iOS users, go to device settings and look for the Penny Pinch Savings app. You will have to manually turn it back on.
For Android Users, Go to the my profile section in the app, then click on app settings and toggle the switch back on.
Don’t worry, you’re saved coupons can be viewed offline. When making a redemption, once you come back online you’re cashback balance will be updated.
Penny Pinch only work on iOS 8 and above and Android 6 and above. Please update your device to be able to use the Penny Pinch app.
If you noticed that you have been charged an incorrect amount. Please keep your receipt so you can verify your purchase. Also, you need to contact us within 24 hours of the transaction(s) for us to recover any incorrect charges to your account.
If you noticed any unusual activity on your account, please contact us immediately at any of our support channels so that we can look into it.
No need to worry, if your phone was stolen, we can have your account disabled so that unauthorized individuals cannot get into your account.
If you notice any double charges at a merchant, please contact us so that we can raise a dispute with the merchant and look into the issue.
If you believe that your account credentials were stolen, please contact us immediately so that we can reset your credentials and recover any fraudulent activities.
If you have forgotten your pin, you can request a pin reset by contacting us. We will however, have to verify your identity by asking you a few questions.
