For iOS users, go to device settings and look for the Penny Pinch Savings app. You will have to manually turn it back on.
For Android Users, Go to the my profile section in the app, then click on app settings and toggle the switch back on.
If you noticed that you have been charged an incorrect amount. Please keep your receipt so you can verify your purchase.
Also, you need to contact us within 24 hours of the transaction(s) for us to recover any incorrect charges to your account.
Your verification email may be in the spam/junk folder of your inbox. If you still don’t see it, you may have entered an invalid email address when you signed up. Please contact us so we can verify this and make any changes to your account.
